PROJECT OVERVIEW
Concierge Choice Physicians is a provider of concierge medicine programs, offering a wide range of flexible, affordable, and proven membership models tailored to practices of all sizes, from solo primary care physicians and specialists to large medical groups and institutions. I was tasked with designing and building multiple pages for their website, creating content tailored to both medical providers and patients.
The goal was to communicate the value of their programs, streamline navigation, and ensure an intuitive user experience for each audience.
I was responsible for designing and developing a comprehensive website that served three key functions. First, I created a page for patients, focused on explaining the benefits of joining a concierge program—emphasizing enhanced access to care, more time with their doctor, and peace of mind.
Second, I developed a page specifically for physicians, outlining how Concierge Choice Physicians supports medical practices by offering flexible membership models, improving patient relationships, and increasing practice sustainability.
Third, I designed an interactive “Find a Doctor” page, allowing users to easily search for participating physicians by state, making the program more accessible to prospective members.
Each section was carefully planned with user experience in mind, ensuring the content was clear, engaging, and easy to navigate. The final result is a scalable, user-friendly platform that effectively communicates the value of concierge medicine and supports the ongoing growth of the organization’s nationwide network.
The final website is highly intuitive, delivering a seamless experience for patients, physicians, and prospective members alike. Visitors can easily navigate between patient resources, physician program information, and a searchable directory of participating doctors by state. Till this day, the company continues to make ongoing updates using the scalable templates I created with them.
