PROJECT OVERVIEW
CocoJoy is a private label brand under the Fal Holdings company. They specialize in flavored coconut water products which can be purchased online and in retail. They were in need of multiple can designs that would evoked freshness, and hydration, highlighting that it was coconut-based, all while remaining minimalistic. The target audience for this product is a health-conscious consumer who lives and active lifestyle. Aside from the packaging design, I was also tasked with the creating the brand's logo. |
CHALLENGES
The clients expressed a desire for ample white space in the design, with emphasis on the brand logo, product name, and a coconut as the main highlights on the can. Additionally, they requested multiple call-outs highlighting the health benefits of the product. Securing high-resolution versions of the USDA and NON-GMO labels and ensuring their visibility on the can were crucial aspects for them. Given the challenge of balancing a generous amount of white space with limited overall space for essential elements, I aimed to create a modern design that avoided clutter. |
